Expedia Partner Central: one listing, many public pages

Partner Central is the highest-leverage portal an operator touches, because one listing here feeds Expedia.com, Hotels.com, Travelocity, Orbitz, Wotif and more. It is also the least openly documented: Expedia Group puts its field-level steps behind a partner sign-in, so this page records what Expedia Group states publicly and refuses to invent the menu names it does not publish.

    Direct answer

Sign in at expediapartnercentral.com. Expedia Group states that Partner Central is the primary location for managing reservations, loading inventory, changing rates and keeping your listing up to date, and that the listing appears across Expedia.com, Hotels.com, Travelocity, Orbitz, Wotif and more. There is no per-brand content screen: you edit once in Partner Central, then verify each public brand page separately.

    Where to sign in

Sign in at expediapartnercentral.com, where the page identifies itself as "Welcome to Partner Central". One account can reach several properties, so confirm which property is selected before editing anything.

    Where each field lives

A path marked documented is quoted from the platform's own help article and links to it. Where the platform publishes nothing, the row says so instead of guessing a menu name.

All listing content, including breakfast, arrival times, pets, parking and fees

    Not published

Expedia Group's per-field help articles load their steps only for signed-in partners, so no public navigation path exists to quote. Open the help centre from inside Partner Central and record the path your account actually shows.

How long a change takes to appear

Only one channel in this directory publishes a number. Where a platform states nothing, this page says nothing rather than repeating a figure from a blog.

    Publication delay

    No published figure

Expedia Group publishes no open statement of how long a content change takes to appear on its consumer brands. Do not assume it is instant and do not assume it is slow — verify on the public page instead.

    Brand-by-brand propagation

    Platform-stated

Because one listing feeds several consumer brands, a change has to be confirmed on each brand page you care about. Expedia.com updating is not evidence that Hotels.com has.

    Why an update doesn't show

In order of how often each one turns out to be the cause, starting with the ones this platform's own documentation explains.

You checked Expedia.com but the complaint came from Hotels.com

They are different public pages fed by the same listing. Open the Hotels.com page for the property directly and read the field there.

Expedia Group: List your property on Expedia Group

You were editing a different property on the same account

One Partner Central account can reach many listings. Confirm the selected property before and after the edit.

The value is rate-level, not property-level

Breakfast inclusion and cancellation terms usually belong to a rate plan. A property-level page can be right while the rate a guest is quoted says something else.

A connectivity provider or channel manager is the source of truth

If the field reverts after you save it, something upstream is resending the old value. Fix it in the system that owns it, then re-check Partner Central.

    Verify the change

    • Open the property's Expedia.com page signed out and read the field as a guest sees it.
    • Open the same property's Hotels.com page and read the same field — one listing, two pages, and they can lag each other.
    • Check the rate a guest would book, not only the property description.
    • Record the date you made the change and the date each brand page reflected it; without that record you cannot tell a slow channel from a failed edit.

    Still to confirm

We could not verify these from public documentation

    • Every field-level navigation path. Expedia Group's content help requires a partner sign-in, so no menu names are published here. Open the help centre from inside Partner Central and record what you find.
    • Whether Expedia Group states a publication delay anywhere in the signed-in help centre. Nothing on its public pages does.

Rather than publish a plausible menu name, we list the gap. If you confirm one of these inside your own portal, tell us what you found and we will add it with the date.

    Frequently asked questions

What is the Expedia Partner Central login address?

expediapartnercentral.com. The sign-in page identifies itself as "Welcome to Partner Central". One account can manage several properties, so check which property is selected before editing content.

Does Expedia Partner Central control Hotels.com too?

Yes. Expedia Group states that a listing created through Partner Central appears on Expedia.com, Hotels.com, Travelocity, Orbitz, Wotif and more. There is no separate Hotels.com content portal, and no per-brand content override — you edit once and then verify each public brand page.

Where exactly do I change breakfast or check-in times in Partner Central?

Expedia Group does not publish those steps openly: its content help articles render only for signed-in partners. Rather than guess at menu names, open the help centre from inside Partner Central, follow the path your account shows, and write it down for the next person.
