    Hotel listing audit templates

Nine CSV worksheets for auditing what your listings publish. Each one ships with its columns already set up and a few example rows to show the shape, and each is used in a guide that walks through filling it in. No sign-up, no email, nothing uploaded anywhere — they open in Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets.

    OTA source-of-truth record

The master record every other template is checked against: one approved value per field, with the scope it applies at, who owns it and when it was last reviewed. Fill this in first - an audit with nothing to compare against only tells you that channels differ, not which one is wrong.

    What is in the file
8 columns, 11 examples to replace. Starts with Field, Scope, Approved value.

    Amenity comparison checklist

One row per amenity, with the scope it belongs to and a column per channel, so a ticked box on one platform and a blank on another is visible side by side rather than remembered.

    What is in the file
9 columns, 10 examples to replace. Starts with Amenity, Scope (property or room), Approved value.

    Cancellation policy matrix

Rate plan by rate plan: the approved deadline, refund, deposit and no-show charge against what each channel displays. Cancellation is a rate-level fact, so comparing it property-wide is what produces false conflicts.

    What is in the file
12 columns, 4 examples to replace. Starts with Rate plan, Free-cancellation deadline (approved), Refund after deadline (approved).

    Fee and tax audit template

Every charge that is not the room rate, separated into government tax and property fee, with whether it is mandatory, what it is charged on, who collects it, and whether each channel shows it in the displayed price.

    What is in the file
14 columns, 7 examples to replace. Starts with Charge name, Government tax or property fee, Mandatory or optional.

    Photo audit template

One row per photo slot, with scope and caption, tracking which channels show the approved image. Photographs survive refurbishments longer than any other field, so the audit is mostly a date check.

    What is in the file
13 columns, 11 examples to replace. Starts with Photo slot, Scope (property / room type / amenity), Approved image (file or description).

    Star rating register

One row per channel: the rating displayed, who assigned it, the certificate reference and the expiry date. It exists so the expiry lives somewhere other than the certificate, and so a platform-assigned value that moves is visible.

    What is in the file
13 columns, 8 examples to replace. Starts with Channel, Rating displayed today, What the platform calls it.

    Child policy matrix

A priced test stay with two children of named ages, run on every channel, because child pricing cannot be audited from the policy text alone - the only reliable comparison is what each channel actually quotes.

    What is in the file
19 columns, 7 examples to replace. Starts with Channel, Family search accepted? (yes / no / blocked), Room type searched.

    Accessibility verification matrix

Fact by fact, from the pavement to the bathroom, with a column per channel and a place to record where the detail had to go when a platform had no field for it. The widest template here, because accessibility is the field most often reduced to a single tick.

    What is in the file
15 columns, 34 examples to replace. Starts with Section, Fact to verify, Measured value at the property (fill this in once).
